PROOF OF AGE
An evidence of age document is a Proof of Age Card, a driver’s licence issued in Australia irrespective of State or Territory, a Victorian Learner’s Permit, a Keypass, KeyPass Digital ID or an Australian Passport or a foreign passport which attests to the fact that the holder is 18 years of age or older. No other form of evidence is recognised by the legislation as proof that the person is 18 or older.
You should be aware that even if you look 25 our security may still ask for an evidence of age document as a matter of caution in order to be 100% satisfied that you are indeed 18 years of age or older.
A New Zealand driver’s licence by its nature is not issued in Australia and is therefore not an evidence of age document. A New Zealand passport is an evidence of age document.

Please be aware if you have booked a table for lunch or dinner, the table is only held for 15 minutes after your booking time. If you are running late in between 12pm and 5pm please call (03) 9825 8999 to let us know. Outside of these times please send an email to email@example.com
All changes or cancellations to bookings need to be made Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5pm via phone (9825 8999) or after hours and on weekends please email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org
Pre paid booking cancellations require more than 48 hours notice in order to be issued a credit.
Please be aware all our seating times are for 90 minutes.
PER HEAD PRE PAYMENTS
100% of your pre payment will be put towards your table bill if all your booked guests arrive (EG: Booked for 20 pax and 20 pax attend)
If more then 2 pax do not arrive, $10 per unattended person will be taken from your deposit and not taken from your bill. (EG: Booked for 20 pax and 15 pax arrive – $30 is taken as a loss of sales charge)
The full amount of your pre payment must be used by the end of the night. No credits or refunds are given if all pre payment is not used during the night of your booking, or if you do not attend your booking.
CHILDREN (UNDER 18 YEARS)
We accept bookings with minors in our restaurant area only for lunch or dinner not bottomless bookings where a parent or grandparent must accompanying the minor.Please let us know if you have minors with your group as they are required to wear coloured wristbands to identify them within a group of people on the licensed premises.
Proof of Age Identification will be required for entry.
Our venue can host up to 400 guests.

Parking for Father’s Office is available in the QV and Melbourne Central complex.
For the QV complex Fathers Office can validate your parking when you spend $1 in our store. With validation parking is $20 for all day. For regular rates and prices please see the QV website.
Parking on Sundays is $12 all day!
We have wheelchair access via service lift in QV, please send a member from your group upstairs to seek a manager and the lift will be opened for you.
